Stills, in particular, shines with the fully produced ''That Girl'' and the bluesy Stills/Young song ''Drivin Thunder''. Another rare Stills/Young collaboration is the powerful ''Night Song'' with the closing repeated lyric ''why not keep on singing anyway''. Why not indeed, an apt thought that closes an album that is better than we ever dared expect.
