Nu slechts € 17,99 Two years after their self-titled EP, the Toronto-based indie rock trio known as Born Ruffians presents 11 quirky tracks on their full-length debut, RED, YELLOW AND BLUE. On the title song, frontman Luke LaLonde lays lofty vocals over a serenely minimalist track (built on guitar plucks and background whistling), crooning about founding his own nation and pontificating on the colors of said nation's flag. From there, the band moves from jangly guitar-driven euphoria (''Barnacle Goose'' and ''Hummingbird'') to starry-eyed neo-folk (''Little Garcon'') and drumless dirges (''Red Elephant'').
