The title track is built on a riff with the granite solidity one might expect from AC/DC, while album-opener ''Raised on Rock'' offers vintage wah-wah guitar and ''Slave Me'' rides has a rhythm made for strip-club stages. Of course, Scorpions wouldn't be Scorpions without a few achingly earnest power ballads to slow things down, and Sting in the Tail offers four: ''The Good Die Young,'' ''Lorelei,'' ''Sly,'' and-album closer ''The Best Is Yet to Come.''
