The heartbreak of ''Saving Seats'' is set free by its need for release, but the Lifetime-inspired guitar leads of ''Answers in the Eyes'' and the capable pipes of frontman Steve Taylor exhibit a depth that few can beat. ''Moon-lit Sunrise'' tears it up as Dale Nixon-era Dag Nasty meets Converge. But these guys even get pensive on ''Through the Pane,'' a top-notch TRL-ballad-in-waiting.
